PAYMENT TERMS  

-$250.00 non refundable booking fee to secure your wedding date.  -Final balance to be paid no later than 28 days before ceremony date.  -Receipts will be issued via email within 24hrs of receiving cleared funds.

EXTRA COSTS  

-Travel costs at a fee payable by the couple at $10 per additional 10klms or  part thereof travelled by the Celebrant beyond 50 kilometres from Celebrant’s  home to the rehearsal and ceremony venue  

-If the Ceremony is delayed for more than 30 minutes for any reason  whatsoever, that is not the fault of the Celebrant, an additional fee of $100 one  hour or part thereof, is payable to the Celebrant  

-Ritual resources to be provided at extra cost (sand, bottles, ribbons candles  etc)  

- $80 per additional rehearsal  

  

SERVICE EXCLUSIONS  

-It is not the Celebrant’s responsibility to provide and/or manage music,  furnishings or decorations for the ceremony unless specifically agreed upon.  

  

VENUE  

- The Couple will ensure that the venue is legally and safely accessible by the  Celebrant.  

 -The Couple will provide accessible car parking for the Celebrant at no cost to  the Celebrant.  

  

REFUND POLICY 

1. In the event where I am the cause of the cancellation, you will receive a full  refund.  

2. In the event where a cancellation is made by you, depending on the  circumstances, you may be entitled to partial refund. The amount of the  refund will depend on how much you have paid and the work that I have  performed for you prior to you cancelling the ceremony.  

Circumstances where No Refund may be applicable:  - You have decided to change celebrants  

- Because of separation  

- You have changed the date where I am unavailable
